Bridging the 400 year gap between the descendants of enslaved Africans and the majesty of Africa.

Message from the Chairman and Founder

African Diaspora Cultural Center [ADCC] is a non-profit organization established to improve on peaceful relationships among global cultures. ADCC collaborates with all African Royal leaderships to bring peace to the world. Our primary objective is to bring the African experience to the United States of America so that descendants of Africa can interact and identify with their traditional leadership. We immerse individuals in sights, sounds, history, culture and taste of continental Africa, with the intentions of promoting travel, education, and investment in the continent. We help provide every black person find their country history, identify their ethnic groups, languages, culture and traditions in continental Africa. ADCC will be a place where history, literature, spoken word, storytelling, dance, language, food, clothing, healing, bonding and all African traditions will be experienced.

The Africa Diaspora Region Economic Community Foundation (ADRECF), a not-for-profit corporation, exists as a legal entity representing all the African diaspora associations in the world under one big umbrella to strategize ways for the total emancipation of Africa. The ADRECF mission is to bring all African diaspora associations around the globe to form an external regional body, outside continental Africa constitutionally mandated by The African Union, to help develop Africa using the huge stock of diaspora Africans’ financial, human, material, etc. assets for a total emancipation of Africa in collaboration with the continental Africa leadership.

The ADRECF wants to bring the African experience to the United States in a manner that immerses the individual in the sights, sounds, history, culture and taste of continental Africa, with the intention of promoting travel, education, and investment in the continent through an African Diaspora Cultural Center.

Political independence of all unitary African states is meaningless until it is linked with the total liberation of our economies, social development, scientific research, and security—Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, First President of Ghana.

Our Mission

Our Vision

The Africa Diaspora Region Economic Community Foundation plans to achieve its legitimate mission of existence through friendly dialogue with African leaders to remove all doubts, ambiguities, deceptions, vicious, belligerence, and disrespect to free collaborative agenda to develop Africa the way all Africans want it. Achieving our mission requires critical view of the following vision statements:

  • Collaborate with all African Leaders—Heads of State, Heads of Government, Kings and Queens—and find ways to implement the total emancipation successfully.

  • As a sixth regional body, we will use the skillset in the ADRECF directory to consult for African states at no cost.

  • We will use diaspora finance teams to facilitate economic development agenda with African states at no cost.

  • We will open bullion banks with the ultimate goal of creating a unitary Central Bank of Africa with one currency unit and one common market in the continental free trade agenda.

  • We will pay off African external debt for a new clean slate and new beginnings in economic freedom.

  • We will structure flat payment plan per year salary for Heads of Government to separate statutory incentivized investment fund from local payment obligations.

  • We will plan with our leaders to remove foreign dictatorship; and fund African High Command Security for the entire continent by allocating funding for military defense.

  • We will provide funding for the Central Government under African Union (AU) to clean off the colonial imaginary borders to change the current colonial governing structure.

  • We will secure protective structures to free our Governments and people from external sanctions.

  • We will fund social services: education, housing, health, ambulatory, farming, research and development, training, child and elderly protective structures, etc.

  • We will build an African Diaspora Cultural Center to provide country history, ethnic group identification, languages, culture and traditions of continental Africa and rest of the world.
