North African countries are Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, and Tunisia. These states are part of Africa, however, some desire to be part of the Middle East or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). In this report we see Algeria, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, Tunisia and Mauritania as African states.
At one time the president of Libya wanted to elect himself as the president of Africa. Egypt, Morocco, Libya and Tunisia are working with our groups. Most of the leadership comes from IEMed, the Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of the Mediterranean (ASCAME) and the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona. The country of Egypt has requested that a branch of The Bullion Bank be placed in Cairo.
